Congratulations to the Year 6 graduates

23 Jun 2021

Today, pupils celebrated their final week in Year 6 with a graduation ceremony and party. This is a special moment for pupils to reflect on their time in Primary school, share their best Wellington memories and think ahead to Year 7 and Senior School. This moment of transition is an ideal opportunity for us all to come together as a community, celebrate pupils’ successes and consider how we strive to develop the ‘whole child’ at Wellington College International Hangzhou.

The Year 6 cohort has become a strong team full of personality; the children are kind, hard-working and courageous in all they do. Highlights for me this year were seeing pupils collaborating to perform their Christmas play, showing true Wellington values at Sports Day and, more recently, welcoming a new member to the class with kindness and friendship. Congratulations Year 6 on a brilliant year’s work; you now have the world at your feet and an incredible future ahead of you.
