Rowing is a water-based competitive sport that exemplifies the beauty of teamwork and strength, with events including eights, fours, pairs and singles. Pupils will learn professional rowing skills, experience the thrill of cutting through waves, and strengthen their core power and endurance. Pupils in the golf activity receive professional guidance to improve their swing, putting and course management skills. Blending technical training with fun challenges, the activity helps attendees master core golf techniques while cultivating focus and etiquette. This school activity is designed for pupils interested in basketball, combining professional training with fun games to help participants master dribbling, passing, shooting and defensive skills, while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. The curriculum covers basketball-specific fitness, footwork, spatial awareness and practical techniques (1v1 to 5v5), emphasising transition play and tactical application. Pupils will enhance their skills, build confidence and enjoy the fun of sports in a learning environment that combines support and participation.

Archery seamlessly combines cultural legacy with contemporary appeal, offering moderate intensity, stress relief and social interaction. Olympic-standard recurve bows are used with instruction tailored by a professional coaching team for our attendees. Pupils will delve into archery traditions, master techniques to sharpen focus, and enhance teamwork through lively competitions, cultivating confidence and grace in this dynamic 'gentleman's sport.' All while experiencing its unique thrill!     

This school activity adopts the SSG training model, using 1v1, 2v2, and 4v4 fun competitions to teach core skills like passing, dribbling and shooting while enhancing ball control and tactical awareness. Pupils will start with the fundamentals, practising transitions, positioning techniques and dynamic drills to boost coordination, agility and endurance. Specially designed scenario simulations develop on-field decision-making and teamwork, allowing participants to strengthen both physical fitness and leadership skills while experiencing the passion and charm of football.
