The annual House Singing Competition once again brought our school community together in a vibrant celebration of music, teamwork and our core house values. Each house took to the stage with passion and creativity, delivering performances that not only showcased their vocal talents but also embodied the spirit of their house values.

A Spectacle of Song and Values

This year's competition saw each house select and perform a song that reflected their unique value:

Combermere demonstrated responsibility by writing their own original song, 'We are Combermere', a heartfelt anthem about taking ownership and making a difference.

Mrs Fraser, Mrs Walker and Ms Mealy had the tough job of judging the competition, evaluating each house on musicality, teamwork, stage presence and how well they conveyed their house values.

And the Winner Is... Hardinge House!

After much deliberation, Hardinge House was crowned the 2025 House Singing Champions! Their electrifying performance of 'Roar' captured the essence of courage - both in their bold vocals and their dynamic stage presence. The judges praised their energy, unity and the way they embodied their house value with every note.
