This year's House Talent Show was nothing short of spectacular, with pupils from across the school - some as young as 5 - demonstrating incredible skill, creativity, and - most importantly - courage, one of our core values.
Hosted by our fantastic House Captains: Grace, Nicholas, Florence, Claire, and Jeffrey - the event was a dazzling celebration of talent, teamwork, and the vibrant spirit of Wellington.

Why Talent Shows Matter
Events like Wellington's Got Talent are more than just entertainment - they play a vital role in building pupils' confidence and performance skills. Stepping onto a stage in front of peers and teachers takes bravery, and every performer demonstrated that in abundance.
Boosting Confidence: Performing helps pupils overcome nerves, believe in their abilities, and grow more self-assured.
Encouraging Creativity: Talent shows provide a platform for pupils to express themselves in unique and inspiring ways.
Developing Resilience: Whether it's a missed note or a stumble, learning to keep going is a lesson that extends far beyond the stage.
Fostering Community: Cheering for their Housemates strengthens team spirit and reminds everyone that Wellington is a place where every talent is valued.

Well Done, Wellington!
A massive thank you to all the performers, the House Captains for their brilliant hosting, and the staff who made this event possible. Most of all, well done to every pupil who took part - you've shown that courage and creativity go hand in hand.
We can't wait to see what talents will shine next year. Until then, keep practising, keep performing, and keep being brilliantly brave!
