To complete an application for Wellington, we kindly ask that you follow the steps below:

   ·  Submit an application form for Wellington College International Hangzhou by registering an account through our website: https://wcchi.openapply.cn/apply.

   ·  Submit the required documents according to the “Checklist” in our application portal and a non-refundable 2,000 RMB application fee. The required documents include the following:
      ○  Application form
      ○  Child's passport
      ○  Child's visa (if applicable)
      ○  Child's birth certificate
      ○  Parent identification documents (passport information pages or the front/back of each parent's shenfenzheng)
      ○  Parents' visas (if applicable)
      ○  Child's academic records (past two academic years)

   ·  Arrange a time for admissions testing (a 90-minute online assessment, 30-minute English writing assessment, and 30-45 minute family interview with at least one parent present). The online assessment and English writing assessment are required for applicants to Years 3 and above. Applicants to Years 1 and 2 for the 2022-2023/2023-2024 academic years will only be required to complete a family interview. We recommend that families complete their testing and interviews on campus. We are happy to arrange online interviews with families who are not currently based in Zhejiang Province.
