To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our pupils and staff members, Wellington has a thoroughly equipped school clinic operated by fully qualified nursing professionals. Our nursing team are on hand full-time to administer first aid and, when needed, any authorised prescription medications your child may require. We also rely on our nurses to promote and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
For the convenience of our pupils and parents, we offer a daily school bus service in cooperation with Hangzhou Xiaoshan Changyun Bus Co., Ltd. Separate routes are available for Primary School pupils and Senior School pupils, covering most residential areas of Hangzhou.
We have 24-seater buses. One school bus monitor supervises each 24-seater bus. Bus monitors are responsible for pupils' safety and wellbeing during the journey, while also managing children's behaviour.

Wellington College International Hangzhou has a mandatory uniform policy. Our school uniform is an expression of the Wellington values. It promotes a sense of pride in our school and fosters solidarity among our pupils. Pupils are expected to present themselves in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times. To ensure that our pupils can learn in a safe environment, the school has set up its own air quality monitoring station. It checks the temperature, humidity and PM2.5 levels every morning, at morning break, and before lunch, then sends the data to all staff. Based on the guidelines in the index chart, appropriate measures are taken accordingly.
