WCIH School Activities: May
The things that excite you are not random. They are connected to your purpose. Follow them.
——Terrie Davoll Hudson, Award-winning business leader and author
An article in BU Journal of Graduate Studies in Education shows that pupils who participate in extracurricular activities have greater academic success, greater character development, especially in the areas of time-management and leadership skills, more positive social development, and greater interest in community involvement. Since its establishment, Wellington College International Hangzhou has had a wide range of School Activities (SAs) that supplement and enhance life at the school. The academic, creative, performing arts and physical SAs at Wellington allow pupils to find their passions while realising their potential and broadening their horizons so they may go on to the global stage with an assertive posture. The SA programme has been widely appreciated by our pupils and their parents. Read on and discover how our Wellington pupils have embraced the opportunities to explore the unknown with courage in May.
